support their children and get answers to mental health questions.
This service is available to all families in Lander County School District, offering reliable resources and professional guidance to help parents and caregivers navigate the challenges of parenting and childcare.
Licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists provide confidential, compassionate support with practical strategies to assist both you and your children.
Why This Matters
Children and teens today face rising challenges with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. These struggles affect not only students, but also families and classrooms.
Our Commitment
Lander County School District is dedicated to supporting student well-being. This partnership gives families helpful tools and resources to care for children’s emotional and mental health.
Our district is also offering Parent Coaching to all families within the district. Parent coaching is a confidential service provided to parents and families. If a family is in need of extra support, go to ParentGuidance.org, select “Parent Coaching” and select "Get Started.” A coach can meet with them as often as weekly for a 30-minute session to discuss concerns or needs. They will also be able to message their coach if other concerns arise before their next scheduled meeting. For more information about the coaching process, click the links below:
